The Seminar

This course provides contractors and building managers with the latest techniques and information on bidding, estimating and preparing winning proposals for all types and sizes of accounts. Participants will learn how to estimate job costs and prepare bids that are profitable, accurate and effective. The instructor will examine various specialty markets, what's involved in servicing each market and how to determine what your costs will be and how much you should charge in order to cover the cost of labor, supply, equipment, overhead and profit.

The instructor will walk attendees through the process of identifying, reaching, and convincing potential customers and preparing an accurate bid and proposal for cleaning services.

At the end of the second day, you will have everything you need to find qualified customers and submit accurate and profitable bids. This includes a detailed reference manual, marketing letters, a promotional brochure draft for your company and a winning bid formula customized to your business and service area.
